Job description
A bit of context
Lucca provides HRIS SaaS solutions to boost employee efficiency and engagement.
We address the main areas of administrative and HR management: time and activities, annual reviews, employee pulse surveys, expense reports, etc.
Our products are used by more than a million people in various businesses, including the upscale Accor hotel chain and the surf brand Rip Curl, as well as in rapidly expanding international companies like Novo Nordisk, Nexthink, and Michel&Augustin.
In the realm of management tools, we are driven by the conviction that software should not be grey, ugly or boring. That\’s why we focus on the design and user experience of our products.
In 2022, Lucca celebrated its 20th anniversary and embarked on its internationalization journey by establishing subsidiaries in Barcelona and Geneva in 2022 and more recently the Munich office in 2024.

- Assist in preparing and co-hosting Lucca events organized by partners: webinars, trade shows, forums, user clubs, meetings with prospects, etc.
- Contribute to updating the content of various tools and materials related to commercial activities.
- Stay informed about product launches and roadmap updates.
Partner Relations:
- Ensure partner satisfaction as well as that of their clients.
- Propose improvements to the current processes.
Partner enablement & processes:
- Put in place the partner processes with the operation team (workflows, CRM).
- Develop or adapt partner assets (presentations, documents).
Ideal profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree in business development or related field.
- 1-2 years prior experience in a B2B sales role in the German market with a partnership mindset or key account management.
- Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we will teach you.
