Chef de Partie in a Fine Dining Restaurant M/F for Temporary Assignments
Your duties:
- Ensure the mise en place as requested by the head chef - Maintain your station hot or cold as required - Prepare various dishes according to the chef's requests - Ensure the cleaning of the premises - Know how to prioritise mise en place and service tasks - Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
Your skills:
- Know and master basic cooking techniques - Understand the requirements of a kitchen using fresh and seasonal products - Be able to work independently - Be efficient and quick in executing the requested tasks - Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie - Initial training in cooking is essential - Have excellent interpersonal skills
