Machinist Setter Machining (M/F)
Your mission:
- Machines parts in compliance with requirements - Makes adjustments on their production cell - Assembly, adjustment on CN SIEMENS-NUM-HEIDENHEIM-OKUMA - Adjustment on 5-Axis Bi-Spindle turning milling centre is a plus. - Performs quality checks according to the defined frequency. - Ensures first-level maintenance. - Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of their workstation. - Participates in optimising adjustments and continuous process improvement. - Participates in resolving technical production problems.
Required technical skills:
- Knowledge of manual turning is essential. (Manual machining) - Excellent team spirit, proactivity, ability to work independently and technical curiosity.
Your profile:
- Federal VET diploma as a polymechanic or professional baccalaureate. - Proven experience in CNC machining of metal parts on single-spindle lathe.
Shift work 2x8 hours
