Your mission:
Carrying out the assembly of simple movements in sequential assembly, ensuring an optimal quality level in compliance with assembly, lubrication and control processes:
- Neatly assemble movements following production processes as well as the assembly and control instructions in place. - Carry out lubrication operations precisely using industrial or manual processes. - Perform various adjustments, beat adjustments, and oiling independently. - Adjust and regulate the functions and beat of the escapement independently. - Perform adjustment, beat, oiling, flattening and centring of the balance spring, balancing of the balance wheel, adjustment of the average time of movements with flat balance spring. - Ensure the aesthetic, technical and functional control of each assembled part of the movement in order to deliver a product meeting the company’s specifications and criteria.
Required technical skills:
- Mastery of greasing, oiling and beat adjustments. - Knowledge of the different parts of the movement to be assembled. - Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Your profile:
- Watchmaker Federal Certificate of Capacity (or equivalent). - Team spirit. - Rigour and precision.
