Your mission:
- Support children and adolescents daily who are accommodated in an educational home. - Ensure their safety, well-being and promote their development within a structured framework. - Implement an individualised educational support adapted to their needs. - Manage complex situations with professionalism and kindness. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent support. - Participate in writing observations, educational follow-up and intervention traceability. - Work in partnership with families and the Geneva child protection network. - Ensure respect for the institutional framework and educational projects.
Required skills:
- You have excellent interpersonal, listening and observation skills. - You can remain calm in complex situations. - You are organised, autonomous and appreciate teamwork. - You demonstrate reliability, availability and flexibility. - You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written. - You possess a professional stance that is supportive, kind and respectful of the institutional framework. - Knowledge of the Geneva child protection network is a real asset.
Your profile:
- You hold a recognised qualification in the field of specialised education or social work. - You have experience in child protection, ideally in a residential home. - You are comfortable supporting children and adolescents with complex life paths.
