Our dynamic team strives to offer you perspectives in line with your project.In the context of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, for a:Logistics ManagerYour mission:- Coordinate value requirements for various events and ensure the availability of values.- Guarantee the logistics and documentary management of values (guarantee data for different value stocks, carry out periodic inventories, ensure rigorous traceability of all values for each physical movement carried out).- Prepare shipments of values for events throughout the year.- Prepare export documents.- Ensure regulatory compliance of shipments.- Be the contact person for freight forwarders, customs, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Geneva services and others.- Manage orders for physical shipments (packaging, labeling).- Manage the logistics of making values available for major events.- Collect all required documents for showcases and points of sale.- Package all values for transport.- Receive values on-site and coordinate the setup within the stand.- Repeat in reverse at the end of the event.Required technical skills:- Good command of MS Office tools.- Knowledge of an ERP tool (ideally SAP).- Proficiency in French (oral and written) and English (particularly written).- Knowledge of the watchmaking industry is a plus.- Knowledge of transport and if possible, ATA carnets.Profile:- CFC or equivalent.- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.- Sense of organization and priority management.- Stock and inventory management.- Be proactive.- Ability to work in a team.- Rigor and precision.- Excellent sense of discretion/confidentiality.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, send us your complete file as soon as possible (CV, work certificates, diploma, identity document, criminal record extract).Without a response from us within 15 days, please consider that we have not retained your application.
