To meet the needs of one of our clients, a Vaud hospital centre, we are looking for a Medical Device Reprocessing Technician for the Sterilisation Unit.

Your mission
Within the sterilisation/reprocessing department, you actively participate in the management, treatment and provision of medical devices in compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the pre-treatment, cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of medical devices - Check the conformity of instruments before and after reprocessing - Carry out packaging and traceability operations of devices - Use and monitor sterilisation equipment (washer-disinfectors, autoclaves, etc.) - Strictly apply hygiene protocols and quality procedures - Participate in the management of material and consumable stocks - Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment - Collaborate with medical and paramedical teams
Your profile
Mandatory requirements:
- Diploma as Sterilisation Technician Assistant (ATS) - Federal VET Diploma in Sterilisation or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of French (spoken and written) – minimum level B2
- Ability to work in a team
Assets appreciated:
- Training or courses related to manual handling
Specific on-call duties
Variable hours (day, evening, weekends and public holidays), on-call service
