Physical AI Customer Engineer
No classic sales role, no classic engineering role. You move between customers, technology and growth.
As a Physical AI Customer Engineer you work directly with companies that want to use AI in real products and processes. You help customers identify the right use cases, successfully implement their first projects, and get the most out of ONE WARE.At the same time you work closely with our founders to figure out how we can grow faster, build better processes, and reach new customers.This is not a classic sales role. This is not a classic engineering role. You move between customers, technology and growth.
What You Will Do
- Talk with customers about their applications, challenges and goals
- Identify potentials for Vision AI and Sensor AI
- Guide customers through their first projects with ONE WARE
- Feed customer feedback directly into product decisions
Growth & Automation
- Identify new customers, partners and market opportunities
- Use modern AI tools, agents and automations
- Improve and scale processes
- Work closely with the founding team as well as product and engineering
Who We Are Looking For
- You understand technical topics quickly, enjoy working with people, and like trying new things
- You work independently, take ownership, and are comfortable when not every step is predefined
- You enjoy using new technologies and achieving more through automation
- Experience with AI, software, computer vision, automation, robotics or hardware is helpful — more important are curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ownership
- Especially interesting: people who have already built their own projects — whether startup, open source, side project, AI agent, or something completely different
