As Assistant Store Manager at O’Neill, you’ll be the right hand of the Store Manager and jointly responsible for the daily success. You’ll lead the team, ensure an inspiring store experience, and work with your colleagues to achieve the sales targets.
Your Responsibilities
Leading the team and creating a positive, energetic work atmosphere
Actively contributing to achieving sales goals
Recruiting, training and motivating staff to build a strong sales team
Implementing O’Neill guidelines for store layout and product display
Managing inventory and admin in line with O’Neill standards
Planning and executing promotions and product changes
Representing and protecting the O’Neill brand on the shop floor
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in retail or a customer-focused environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commercial mindset and an eye for trends
A genuine connection to boardsports – whether that’s snowboarding, surfing, skiing or other board-related sports
A passion for the O’Neill lifestyle and a natural ability to share that enthusiasm with our customers
