With recent investment from a leading VC firm totalling over 100 million they are looking to move into the number 1 spot in the retail tech space.
The Role
In this Pre-Sales role, you will support activities and provide opportunities across the DACH and EMEA regions.
- Work closely with the Chief Sales and Alliances Officer and SE Team Lead
- Combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills to engage with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team
- Lead RFP processes e.g., with solution designing and cost estimations
- Implement pre-sales documents and procedures, etc!
About You
- Minimum 5 years in a pre-sales engineer role within SaaS
- Strong understanding of retail, eCommerce, and OMS integration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English (German proficiency would be a plus).
What Success Would Look Like
Managing RFPs and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, alongside building long lasting relationships with customers to improve retention.
