Main objectives of the role Daily policy administration from A to Z within the Dedicated Funds team (subscription, surrenders, switch, any kind of modification)Service our clients, partners and other stakeholders (asset managers, custodians etc.)Coordinate smooth running of the tasks required to complete the customer's request, while complying with service quality and deadlinesBe in charge of the first level of compliance and anti-money laundering controlsBuild long lasting professional relationshipsHave knowledge on life insurance contracts & financial productsIn-house coodination with: Sales, Wealth Planning, Compliance, Products, Unlisted Team and Tax & LegalProfile of our future teammate 5 year of customer service experience from an insurerKnowledge of the dedicated funds / FAS support and processes on the French marketA team player substantiated by excellent interpersonal skillsAble to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in French.
