The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

People Advisor to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the organisation, helping to shape a positive employee experience and

You will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice, while promoting a culture aligned to OneRen's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional HR advice and support on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Partner with managers to build capability and confidence in people management
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Analyse HR data and trends to inform

decision-making and improve organisational outcomes

  • Support organisational change initiatives and projects
  • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in an HR advisory role
  • Has strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Is confident managing a varied employee relations caseload
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIs solutions-focused, organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Ideally holds (or is working towards) CIPD qualification
