We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Manager/Telesales to work with us part-time in a remote setup for our Europe-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
About the OTA client
Building a group providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy treatments in physical practices, in elderly home cares, and in private homes.
Your tasks:
- Open up new relationships with senior institutions by briefly and crisply pitching what it is about by phone and with a lot of charisma to the PDL (nursing service management) or the EL (facility management) and convincing them to arrange a more detailed conversation with our account manager.
- Search, record, and maintain the data for senior citizens‘ facilities potentially suitable in the CRM system.
- Actively shape the sales process and rely on the continuous support and coaching of your manager.
- Use the freedom to plan your working day independently and celebrate your individual achievements in the team.
- Report regularly to your supervisor; together, you keep an eye on your KPIs.
Your profile:
- You have at least 10 hours/week available for part-time work.
- You are a positive person, a telephone professional, and you are interested in people. Ideally, you have already successfully gained experience in sales.
- You speak and write German at a very high level.
- You are trustworthy, committed, and lack of motivation is a foreign word for you.
- You are a team player and want to develop yourself.
- You like to work goal-oriented and are highly ambitious.
- Personal responsibility and common sense are a natural part of your personality.
- Doing good business means to you that you have helped someone.
