Growth Manager – Social + AI Strategy

We’re looking for a hungry, creative Growth Manager to help us scale fast across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter using smart tools and visual strategies.

You’ll work directly with the founder of a 7-figure business , run growth experiments, and use AI to test bold content ideas — especially in video / image-based marketing .

This isn’t a developer job. It’s for someone who’s scrappy, entrepreneurial , and focused on results — not resumes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily content and growth across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Use AI tools (for image / video generation or automation) to scale faster
• Research trends, test new growth ideas, and move quickly
• Coordinate with a small team (VA, editor)
• Track what works and double down

Who We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial and hungry — you want to grow something real
• Experience with Instagram and visual content (image / video creation = big plus)
• Comfortable using AI tools (doesn’t have to be coding-related)
• Bonus : growth hacking, running theme pages, or scaling social accounts

Compensation

• Performance-based bonuses — potential to earn $5K–$10K+ / month
