Your tasks
- Developing, implementing and optimizing customized performance marketing campaigns on the platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok to increase bookings and brand awareness of the most beautiful hotels in the DACH market
- Carrying out A/B tests to increase campaign efficiency, identifying concrete optimization measures
- Managing the campaign budget, carrying out regular cost-benefit analyses
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive activities
- Support in other performance areas such as SEO/SEA
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on social
- Experience in project management and leading client projects
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in placing and optimizing ads for relevant platforms
- Experience in the creation of design assets and sound knowledge of common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Ideally knowledge of SEO/SEA and their practical application
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data-driven decisions
- Creativity and an eye for appealing design and target group relevant content
