Your tasks
- Strategy & Client Ownership: You take on the strategic consulting of our hotel clients, oversee cross‑channel performance strategies (SEA/SEO) and ensure that all measures directly contribute to key business goals such as occupancy, revenue, and visibility.
- Project Lead & Ownership: You independently manage complex projects, guide clients at decision‑maker level, and act as the main point of contact for key accounts – from boutique hotels to large hotel groups.
- Campaign Architecture & Execution: You develop data‑driven SEA and SEO strategies, implement them independently, and ensure that setup, structure, and scaling deliver strong long‑term performance.Advanced Analytics & Optimization: You analyze complex data models, derive well‑founded optimization measures, develop testing frameworks, and present insights clearly and confidently – both internally and externally.AI & Automation Setup: You build smart automations for campaigns, workflows, and reporting processes, develop AI‑based solutions for scalability and efficiency, and share best practices within the team.
- Reporting, Insights & Communication: You prepare results in a clear and understandable way, translate performance into business value, and lead KPI‑driven discussions with marketing and revenue decision‑makers.
- Mentoring & Team Sparring: You support juniors and intermediates on a professional level, provide feedback, further develop standards, and actively contribute to knowledge building within the SEA/SEO team.
- Innovation, Product Development & Impulses: You identify trends, technologies, and growth opportunities early on, contribute to the further development of our SEA/SEO and GEO products, and test new methods, tools, and AI applications.
Your profile
- Experience & Expertise: At least 4–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing (SEA/SEO), ideally in an agency environment. Deep operational and strategic knowledge in performance (with a focus on Google Ads) as well as SEO/GEO.
- Strategic Mindset: You are able to consult clients at eye level, challenge decisions, identify opportunities, and explain complex relationships in a clear and understandable way.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Confident handling of KPIs, tracking, and tools such as Google Analytics, SISTRIX, or similar systems.
- AI Affinity & Innovative Strength: You don’t just work with AI tools — you develop your own use cases, workflows, or automations that increase efficiency and performance.
- Communication & Consulting Skills: You communicate clearly, present convincingly, and collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, tech, and web agencies – in both German and English.
- Industry Relevance: You bring a strong understanding of hospitality, e‑commerce, or performance‑driven business models – or demonstrate a steep learning curve in these fields.
- Hands‑on Mentality & Ownership: You take initiative, drive projects forward, find solutions, and think entrepreneurially.
