Responsibilities
Project Management & Client Ownership:
You independently manage SEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization projects and serve as the main point of contact for our clients as well as the internal lead for ongoing projects.
SEO, GEO & Content Strategies:
You develop data-driven SEO and GEO strategies for renowned hotels in the 3-star to 5-star superior segment, with a focus on organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search systems.
Operational Execution & Optimization:
You independently oversee SEO initiatives, ranging from keyword research and technical optimization to content and site structure recommendations.
Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
You analyze relevant KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations to improve rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
AI-Powered Search Optimization & GEO:
You actively stay on top of developments in AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Large Language Models, and develop strategies to ensure our clients remain visible in AI-driven search results.
Reporting & Client Communication:
You prepare and present results in a clear and compelling manner, confidently communicating insights in both internal and external meetings.
Innovation & Trend Awareness:
You identify emerging digital trends early and test innovative approaches, tools, and AI-driven workflows for our SEO and GEO projects.
Teamwork & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You work closely with developers, creative teams, web agencies, and our hotel clients.
Co-Creation & Continuous Development:
You proactively contribute new ideas and help shape the future of our SEO, GEO, and AI Search services—from smart tools and AI solutions to innovative products and processes.
Your Profile
Education:
You hold a degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Media, or a related field. Alternatively, you have gained experience in the hospitality industry, for example through a dual-study program or professional training.
Project Management Experience:
You have at least 2–3 years of experience in project management, are familiar with the processes of digital marketing projects, and ideally can demonstrate measurable success from previous SEO initiatives.
SEO Expertise:
You possess solid expertise in SEO, particularly in on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, as well as content and user experience (UX) optimization.
AI & GEO Mindset:
You are passionate about AI tools, AI-powered search, and emerging technologies. You bring your own use cases and actively engage with topics such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Search Experience, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Analytical Thinking:
You have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and enjoy translating insights and metrics into actionable optimization measures.
Communication Skills:
You enjoy collaborating with clients and colleagues and communicate confidently in both German and English.
Passion for the Industry:
You are enthusiastic about the hospitality and tourism sector and can easily relate to our clients, their challenges, and their projects.
