Your tasks

• Teamlead of a team in the social media marketing department
• Project management & key account management
• Continuous further development of the social media division (e.g. development & introduction of new products and professional development of employees)
• (Further) development of dedicated social media strategies for clients
• Editorial social media support & conception, optimization & analysis of social media ads
• Implementation of content & social media workshops with customers
• Analyzing the success of implemented marketing measures and deriving recommendations for action

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor\’s degree (e.g. business administration, media, information science, tourism management) or equivalent professional training
• At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Initial experience as (deputy) team leader
• In-depth knowledge of social media ads with a focus on media buying, performance marketing and data-driven optimization
• Experience in strategic planning, implementation and scaling of campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Confident with bid strategies, budget allocation and A/B testing to continuously improve performance
• Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of image editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
• Analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Organizational talent as well as precise, independent & conscientious way of working
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Fluent language skills in German & English and enjoy communicating with colleagues, partners & customers at home & abroad
