- These are your tasks
- advise and support ONLINE Systemlogistik's system partners, including directly at their sites
- work closely with the system partners to ensure and continuously improve service and process quality
- compile, analyse and evaluate quality and environmental performance indicators; identify, initiate and monitor appropriate improvement measures
- verify compliance with defined quality standards at transhipment facilities and support system partners in implementing the relevant measures
- measure and assess whether quality and environmental targets are being met; develop appropriate optimisation strategies
- contribute to the planning, organisation and holding of training courses, workshops and information sessions
- work independently on cross-functional projects to further develop the network, quality standards and internal processes
- support the OSL management team with operational, strategic and organisational matters
- promote an open quality and environmental culture
- travel: This varied role involves business travel within Germany and Europe to support and further develop our system partners.
