Freight Forwarding Agent as Hub Coordinator (M/F/D) – Day Shift

These are your tasks

• You will schedule daily shipments.
• You will arrange lorries for additional transport.
• You will invoice transport orders.
• You will handle shipment registration.
• You will identify and rectify sources of error, particularly in the areas of dangerous goods, international shipments or faulty labels.
• You will coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• You will support the site management in organising the hub.
• You will maintain contact with our system partners.
• You will create video sequences to document processes.
• You will contribute to the adherence to and further development of our quality standards.
• You will be responsible for organising and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment and operational resources.
