IT Requirements Manager (M/F/D)

• You develop IT systems, always thinking one step ahead, thereby strengthening ONLINE Systemlogistik’s leading position in the digital sector.
• You engage with stakeholders, identify needs and derive development requirements from these.
• You coordinate development processes, monitor sprint planning, oversee testing and plan release cycles.
• You establish structures, technical standards and processes, coordinate these and communicate them to those involved.
• You ensure operational processes run smoothly.
• You plan and facilitate regular meetings with partners and service providers to identify and communicate requirements.
• You maintain close communication with freight forwarders to ensure the best possible user experience.
• You manage external service providers and monitor their work.
• You handle incidents and manage incident communication.
• You keep track of requirements relating to data protection, IT security and compliance.

What you have

• several years’ experience in a comparable role, ideally in the freight forwarding/logistics sector
• experience in managing service providers
• proficient in requirements management with a background in logistics
• substantial experience in project management and in the specialist processes of transport logistics
• strong communication skills, particularly in reconciling differing interests
• a structured approach to work, a strong focus on results and the ability to reduce complexity
• very good knowledge of German and English
