Color Beyond is a podcast production company. We're in the early phase of building our company's foundation, and we're looking to hire a graphic designer who can grow with us long term.
This role is specifically for podcast and video podcast graphics: thumbnails, cover art, YouTube banners, guest announcement graphics, and Instagram carousels for the podcasts and brands we produce. We're not looking for website design or ad creative, this is social media and podcast focused work.

What We're Looking For In Your Portfolio
- Strong thumbnails are our top priority, followed by carousels and other graphics
- Work tied to podcasting or YouTube specifically is a big plus, it shows you already understand the format
- Graphics that include real people and real faces, not AI-generated people
- An eye for how your work looks as a whole, how your thumbnails read across a YouTube channel page, how your carousels look across an Instagram grid, not just as single pieces
- A clean, natural style. AI tools are fine to use as part of your process, but portfolios that are only AI-generated thumbnails will be skipped
