For our headquarter in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a Specialist Total Rewards (m/f/d) to support global compensation and benefits activities working closely with HR and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual salary reviews, incentive planning, promotions and job evaluations
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global job architecture, compensation frameworks and Total Rewards initiatives
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses, and prepare clear reports, dashboards and presentations to support decision-making
  • Monitor relevant regulatory developments and assess their impact on Total Rewards practices, deriving recommendations for required adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes, maintain accurate documentation, and support audits and internal control activities
  • Advise and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Finance on compensation and broader Total Rewards topics
  • Support the implementation and communication of Total Rewards programs and processes across the organization

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • At least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
  • Solid analytical skills, including Excel; experience with Workday or similar tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work with data and support the preparation of clear, actionable recommendations
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with good communication skills
  • Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment with high integrity and discretion
  • Very good English skills are required for this role; German skills at B1 level or higher support day-to-day collaboration
