Mission and Key Tasks
- Provide strong leadership for sales plans in accordance with strategy and direction
- Manage the distributors business focusing on financial and strategic growth of the organization by
- Defining route to perform on Distributors HD
- Securing a coherent pricing policy within the distributors market and within the global German market.
- Incorporate company procedures and policies in the operation of the business unit
- Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within the scheduled time and budget
- Develop long term relationships with senior people in major distributors customer organizations
- Report back to the Commercial Director on territory activity and market information and to share information with colleagues in support of a uniform approach to market
Background and Experience
Educational requirement:
- Master-Degree or similar through experience
- Multi-lingual would be an asset
Experience requirement:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a sales management role and preferably experienced in marketing
- Understanding of commercial element of P&L
- Exposure with the institutional market
- Understanding of the healthcare/medical industry or a related field
