Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will lead customer service, manage external logistics partners and ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will also help build the regional team and shape processes during an important transformation phase. Your responsibilities • Lead, build and develop a small Customer Service APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification is advantageous This is a Mannheim-based hybrid position.
