Our team has a long history of agile work. You will join a well-established process with effective tools, allowing you to focus on developing new code. We embrace new technology and encourage learning from each other. We work in short sprints, with immediate deployment to users, and utilize CI/CD pipelines for quick releases. We offer freedom to innovate and design solutions, aiming for you to grow into a key team member.

Your Mission

As a senior engineer, you will think end-to-end about user stories, focusing on customer needs and technological improvements. You should be comfortable working with cloud technologies, especially AWS, and automating tasks using Python, CloudFormation, or Terraform. Your code should be structured clearly, utilizing modern architecture principles like hexagonal or clean architecture. You will consider performance aspects, such as memory management and garbage collection, especially given our handling of large data volumes. Familiarity with the Spring Framework, JWT security, and column-based databases (e.g., Apache Parquet, Arrow, DuckDB, Cassandra) is essential.
