We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate our eCommerce growth and lead the next generation of retail media, digital shelf, and AI-driven commerce capabilities in Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Retail Media activation across Amazon, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris and other strategic partners.
- Plan, optimize and monitor performance marketing campaigns across onsite and offsite channels.
- Drive media effectiveness through advanced analytics, audience insights and attribution models.
- Lead digital shelf visibility initiatives, including search ranking, content performance and algorithmic visibility.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and external partners to maximize return on media investments.
- Lead retail media budget planning and investment strategy, driving forecasting, resource allocation, and performance optimization across brands and strategic retail partners
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and strategic eRetail partners to develop joint growth and activation plans, driving shared business objectives and supporting annual retail media negotiations.
- Contribute to global strategic projects, including Marketing Mix Modeling, AI applications and data integration initiatives.
What You Bring
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Retail Media, Performance Marketing, eCommerce or Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for translating data into business impact.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads, DSP, Google Ads, Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and challenge the status quo.
