HR Business Partner (9-Month Maternity Leave Cover)

Your Mission As a HR Business Partner, you will take full ownership of the employee lifecycle across multiple locations (CH, Germany, UK, NL, US). You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with the business to drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. You will collaborate with the CHRO and the HR team, but you will also independently lead initiatives, challenge the status quo, and bring new ideas to the table. This role is both strategic and hands‑on. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Your Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnering Act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders on all people‑related matters Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, and performance management Coach managers on leadership, employee relations, and complex HR cases Full Employee Lifecycle Ownership Develop recruitment strategy and be responsible for hiring Own and continuously improve onboarding to create an outstanding employee experience Manage employee relations cases with confidence and sound judgment Oversee performance, development, compensation, and retention processes Lead professional and compliant offboarding processes Operational Excellence Maintain and further develop HR policies, processes, and documentation Drive HR projects and initiatives (e.g., engagement, learning German is a strong advantage HR Swiss education is a plus What We Offer: Want to join a team that enjoys making secure connectivity simple for our customers?
