Your Impact

As a Principal Consultant in Access Management/Identity Management, you will lead the technical project work for our large, well-known, and internationally active customers. You will focus on the Cybersecurity Access Management product portfolio, ensuring that our clients‘ security needs are met with precision and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in consulting, requirements analysis, design, and implementation of identity and access management solutions, making a significant impact on the security posture of our clients. Additionally, you will support our presales activities, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Leadership: Take charge of technical project work for prominent international clients, guiding them through the complexities of identity and access management.
• Hands-On Implementation: Engage in the configuration, programming, implementation, and testing of customer-specific requirements, ensuring tailored and effective solutions.
• Consulting Excellence: Provide top-tier consulting services, from requirements analysis to the design and implementation of robust IAM solutions.
• Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, leveraging your technical expertise to support sales efforts and secure new business.

What You Need to Succeed

• Educational Background: Completed studies in computer science or equivalent training. Relevant degrees or certifications in IT security are advantageous.
• Consulting Experience: Proven experience in consulting, either with a manufacturer or an IAM service provider.
• Product Knowledge: Practical experience with Opentext/Micro Focus/NetIQ products such as Access Manager, Privileged Account Manager, Identity Manager, Identity Governance, and Advanced Authentication, or experience with market competitors.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, and familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructures.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English, and fluency in at least one other language.
• Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
