Overview
In this role you will architect and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions for leading Swiss organizations, aligning technology with business goals. You will lead end-to-end architecture from pre-sales to production, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll translate business needs into pragmatic designs, produce architecture documentation, and drive architectural decisions. You will actively contribute to development, mentoring, and capability building to scale AI-enabled solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Architect and deliver cloud-native, scalable solutions with containerization and CI/CD pipelines, including AI capabilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture on complex projects from pre-sales to production deployment
- Define strategic architectural decisions and act as technical interface between teams and stakeholders
- Participate in development activities (code reviews, POC, AI pipeline design) while maintaining technical consistency
- Mentor and contribute to internal capability building and best practice improvements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in software architecture for large-scale projects
- Expertise in modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, hexagonal, clean architecture) and design principles (SOLID, DDD)
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems
- Strong background in Java Spring Boot or .NET stacks
- Experience building scalable, resilient cloud-based and containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS)
- Demonstrated technical leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-team communication
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and application security (OWASP, authn/authz, encryption)
- Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus
