The Global Director, Systems Project Management & Commissioning

is responsible for the safe, predictable, and profitable execution of all Food & Beverage systems projects globally. This position reports to the VP/GM of Food & Beverage and is part of the Global Systems team. It is located in Bad Kreuznach, Germany and is an on site role.

This leader will oversee the complete project lifecycle from order handoff through commissioning and customer acceptance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and customer requirements. Leveraging the Danaher Business System (DBS), this leader will drive global standardization, project governance, risk management, change control, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing global team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the global project management organization and execution of all systems projects and establish standard project management processes, governance, stage gates, and performance metrics in line with our Danaher Business Systems (DBS) principles.
• Ensure effective project planning, resource allocation, schedule management, cost control, and customer communication while driving project predictability, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all regions.
• Lead the global commissioning organization responsible for startup, commissioning, testing, and customer acceptance, implementing standard work and commissioning readiness reviews.
