YOUR IMPACT

As part of our Professional Services team, you will help enterprise customers design, implement, and optimize Open Text solutions, including our x ECM platform and cloud-based content management technologies.

You will play a key role in guiding customers through digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives while collaborating closely with Delivery, Pre‑Sales, and Sales teams to deliver end‑to‑end business and AI‑driven solutions.

What The Role Offers

As a Senior Consultant (ECM Solutions), you will

• Advise customers on the design, implementation, modernization, and migration of Open Text Content Management solutions.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and evaluate business processes to identify optimal solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical documentation.
• Support pre‑sales activities, technical workshops, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Provide guidance on industry best practices and content management strategies.
• Assist with technical escalations and collaborate with customers to drive successful outcomes.
• Contribute to innovative cloud and AI‑driven solutions that deliver business value.
• What You Need To Succeed
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies, including document, content, records, or process management solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Java (or a comparable programming language), XML, JSON, Python, SQL, and application servers.
• Hands‑on experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), multi‑agent architectures, and vector databases.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
