Process Engineer - Sterile Manufacturing in Winterthur

Your Role

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to sustainably improve quality, efficiency and process reliability.
• Drive technical changes, continuous improvement initiatives and investment projects from concept through implementation.
• Work closely with Production and Quality Assurance to solve challenges and establish sustainable solutions.
• Enhance the reliability and performance of our sterile manufacturing processes while improving equipment and system availability.
• Actively contribute to the further development of our manufacturing operations and make a direct impact on business success.

Your Profile

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ideally within sterile manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of GMP requirements and their practical application.
• Experience managing technical projects; exposure to qualification and validation activities is an advantage.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
