At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, we aseptically manufacture, fill, and package high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels for international markets. /b /p h3Technology Transfer Project Manager (80-100%) /h3 pThe Product Transfer team plays a key role in supporting Ophtapharm's strategic transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, the team manages product transfers, product changes and lifecycle activities across our portfolio. /p pTo support our strategic transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), we are looking for a pragmatic and customer-oriented professional as Technology Transfer Project Manager (80–100%), starting immediately or by mutual agreement. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liManage customer products throughout their lifecycle, including product changes and implementation activities. /li liEvaluate new business opportunities, products and manufacturing projects in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. /li liLead technology transfer projects and major product changes from initial assessment through successful implementation. /li liAct as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. /li liEnsure GMP‑compliant implementation and documentation of product transfers and lifecycle activities. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Process Engineering or a related discipline. /li liSeveral years of experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. /li liExperience managing technology transfer, product implementation or cross‑functional projects. /li liSound understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; experience in sterile production is an advantage. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and German. /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 ul liThe opportunity to help shape Ophtapharm's transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). /li liBroad responsibilities with ownership of projects and product transfers from concept to implementation. /li liHigh visibility through direct interaction with customers, stakeholders and senior management. /li liAn agile environment with short decision‑making paths and room to drive change. /li liAttractive pension scheme, free parking and convenient access by public transport. /li /ul pbFor recruitment agencies: /b Thank you for your interest.
