The processes at the FCs are largely manual, involving a large number of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a Process Associate, who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following our standard work practices while keeping safety and quality in mind.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily management of shifts.
- Administrative management of associates.
- Job allocation to associates.
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Tracking and reporting of labor hours.
- Tracking and feedback of associate performance.
- Monitoring status of counts and problem-solving queues.
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
- Conducting a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations daily.
- Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity.
- Standing in for the Area Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- German language proficiency C1/C2 and English B1/B2.
