Context
You are joining the Modules Business Group in its headquarters in Lippstadt. You will report to the BG Human Resources Vice President and will support her in the internal communication of key topics.
Missions
- Work with internal customers to create, manage and implement internal communications plans and strategies aligned with their needs.
- Take care of the editorial maintenance and further development of our global intranet (Topnet).
- Propose, create and edit impactful corporate announcements, invitations, newsletters, intranet news, and emailing, regarding latest internal events and achievements (DE&I, Sustainability, organization evolutions, new businesses).
- Support the planning of internal events such as Town Halls, Modules internal convention, conferences.
- Keep track of the communication performance through tracking, analyzing, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for a relevant internal promotion of the Business Group values and strategy.
- Other missions as required to support the communication department.
Profile
- Currently enrolling in a Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or related degree.
- Perfect verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Previous experience in an international context (internship, studies abroad) or keen interest in building an international career.
- Project management skills and the ability to quickly shift priorities based on business needs.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills allowing to build trustworthy working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including executive management.
- Comfortable leveraging several digital communication platforms depending on communication needs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, any knowledge of European languages is appreciated.
