As Digital & IT Business Partner, Central Europe Modules (m/f/d), you act as the key interface between regional business leaders and the Information Systems organization.

You ensure that digital initiatives and IS projects are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between business teams and the IS organization within the region
  • Support business leaders in identifying technology needs and digital opportunities that improve operational performance
  • Collect, centralize and prioritize IS demands and investment requests in coordination with the BG CIO
  • Translate business strategy into digital roadmaps and IS initiatives for the region
  • Build and manage the regional portfolio of IS projects and applications
  • Ensure visibility on project progress, delivery performance and value creation
  • Lead and coordinate IS projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, costs and quality standards
  • Assess project capacity and allocate resources effectively
  • Identify project risks, manage issues and implement mitigation actions
  • Prepare and manage the regional IS budget, including business cases for investments, upgrades and new solutions
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to project delivery, IS performance and business impact
  • Ensure solutions deliver value throughout their lifecycle and support user adoption and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate IMS processes, audits and compliance activities within the region
  • Support internal and external audits and promote best practices across regions
  • Contribute to the development of IS teams by providing guidance, coaching and feedback
  • Master’s degree or Engineering degree, ideally in Information Systems, IT or Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/IS leadership roles within industrial environments
  • Experience in sectors similar to automotive xayajpt manufacturing or large-scale industrial operations
  • Proven experience managing complex IS projects or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in global companies with matrix organizations and multi-regional operations
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change across different levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and structured mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments Strong continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with multicultural and international teams
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally depending on business needs
