Project Management

Independently manage and oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.

Strategic Support

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment across all parties.

Research and Analysis

Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Meeting Coordination

Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and follow-up on action items.

Confidential Information Management

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; intermediate proficiency in German is required.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
