What You Will Be Doing

• Design and lead the technical roadmap for our innovative AI technologies, including efficient data processing systems and ML-powered analysis capabilities
• Oversee collaboration with feature extraction, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams to ensure performant, accurate, and scalable models
• Lead integration efforts into core products and cloud services
• Drive development and monitoring of efficacy benchmarks and QA pipelines
• Work closely with threat detection, sandbox, and platform teams to ensure alignment with broader security architecture
• Act as single-threaded owner coordinating R&D, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Manage P&L responsibilities including pricing, usage-based forecasting, and platform value contribution
• Define and execute strategic business models and go-to-market approaches
• Build and support OEM opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
• Build resourcing plans for future hires across R&D, QA, and OEM technical support

What We Need From You

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML engineering, or adjacent engineering/product leadership
• Hands-on understanding of static analysis techniques, ML pipelines, and inference architecture
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects (product, engineering, QA, GTM)
• Demonstrated ability to own a technical product and translate it into business value
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with feature engineering for security applications
• Previous ownership of AI-based security product development or GTM
• Familiarity with OEM partnerships or SDK-based product packaging
• Background in cybersecurity or security applications
• Advanced capabilities in data visualization tools
