Technical Sales Clerk (m/f/d) 60-100%
Your Tasks
- Direct support of the sales manager in daily operations
- Administrative and operational support of the sales team as well as project collaboration
- Active lead generation and initial acquisition of potential new customers
- Competent technical and commercial customer consulting including technical clarifications with internal and external specialists
- Independent creation and processing of offers, coordination with internal specialist departments, and follow-up with customers
- Creation of appointment, sales, and customer statistics
- Planning, organizing, and participating in trade fairs including budget management
- Assistance in the onboarding of new sales employees
Your Profile
- Basic education in electrical engineering (electrician, automation technician, etc.) and commercial further education (e.g., technical merchant)
- Experience in internal sales or in a comparable assistant role (ideally in a technical environment) is an advantage
- Technical understanding and interest in electrical engineering or energy measurement technology
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as active acquisition and appointment scheduling
- Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Good IT user knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel and OneNote)
- Team player and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
