Role Description
We are seeking a Client Partner for a full-time, on-site role based in the Zürich Metropolitan Area. The Client Partner will manage key client relationships, provide tailored consulting solutions, drive sales efforts, and ensure successful project delivery. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their strategic goals, overseeing project timelines, and delivering effective talent solutions that align with their business objectives. Additionally, the Client Partner will act as a trusted advisor, representing the company's expertise and commitment to driving value and growth for its clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Sales with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to develop strategic solutions and provide expert guidance
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of client initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Zürich Metropolitan Area and collaborate with diverse teams
- Familiarity with the Professional Services, IT, and/or Life Sciences sectors is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in French and English is required
