About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our globally operating marketing team, focusing on North American (US & Canada) and European (EMEA/APAC) initiatives. Based in Europe, you will play a key role in event coordination, campaign execution, and content development while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Own the event (trade show) coordination and preparation for NA events.
- Support the planning and execution of EMEA events (mainly trade shows) and in-person gatherings.
- Manage logistics, operations, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth event delivery globally.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align event goals with broader marketing strategies.
SWAG Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to select, order, and manage promotional materials (SWAG).
- Maintain and track inventory to ensure timely delivery for events and campaigns.
Campaign Support (EMEA/APAC & NA):
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, such as webinars, newsletters, and case studies.
- Partner with the global marketing team to maintain consistent messaging and brand standards.
Content Creation & Support (EMEA/APAC & NA):
- Draft and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and event promotions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and create compelling case studies.
Global Event Operations & Reporting:
- Support global event reporting and analytics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
A significant portion of your responsibilities will support the North American markets (US & Canada), which may involve working during their business hours. This requires flexibility in your schedule to accommodate time zone differences and ensure effective collaboration with the NA team. Adaptability is key to thriving in this role.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Native or professional proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, French, or Italian) are a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and international work environment.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
