Role Description
This full-time Consultant role at Optima Solutions/Optimentum GmbH is an on-site position based in Vienna. The Consultant will work closely with clients to assess business needs, analyze processes, and develop tailored solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Typical responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops and meetings, and supporting the implementation of recommended strategies and tools. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders throughout each engagement. The Consultant is expected to maintain a strong client-focus, contribute to continuous improvement, and stay informed about industry trends relevant to Optima's & Optimentum's services.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related client-facing role, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to collect, interpret, and present data to support recommendations, including proficiency with common productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, prepare clear documentation, and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support structured implementation of solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., project management, consulting) are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Vienna and collaborating in cross-functional teams; experience in international or multicultural environments is beneficial.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and industry practices that support Optima Solutions' consulting services.
