Founders Associate (m/f/d)

Optimeleon is an AI-powered website optimization layer that enables online businesses to increase their conversion rates by transforming static websites into dynamic experiences.

Instead of slow, manual experimentation, Optimeleon continuously adapts websites based on user intent. We have recently started our go-to-market efforts and are growing quickly.

About the Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work on the most critical projects that drive Optimeleon’s growth. This is a generalist, hands‑on builder role with a strong focus on ruthless execution.

You’ll operate close to the founders, deal with ambiguity daily, and be expected to turn ideas into results – fast.

This role has a strong commercial focus, especially across Go‑To‑Market, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, owning, and continuously optimising a new CRM
• Working in customer success and helping customers with technical issues (in close collaboration with the engineering team)
• Analysing and optimising go‑to‑market motions to generate qualified leads
• Running sales calls and supporting deals from first touch to close
• Analysing, optimising and automating existing processes and workflows

Who we’re looking for

• C2 German speaker with excellent English skills
• Self‑starter with an outstanding entrepreneurial spirit
• Get‑shit‑done attitude with a burning desire to build things
• Passion for and strong understanding of online marketing & technology
• High interest in technical challenges (e.g. automating workflows, improving processes, working with technical support topics)
• Experience in fast‑paced environments is a strong plus (especially startups)
