About the Role
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical laboratory in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. This is a 12-month+ contract role with the opportunity to work on a high-impact project in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing projects through the Concept Design (CD) to Construction phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership : Oversee all project phases, from Concept Design to Construction, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Design Management : Collaborate with engineering, design, and validation teams to develop and review CD, BOD, and Detailed Design deliverables.
- Construction Oversight : Supervise contractors and construction teams to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to GMP and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication in French.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks across all project phases, maintaining project integrity and compliance
