We are working with an established technology organisation seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to support complex, business-critical IT environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging projects involving database performance, high availability, migrations and infrastructure modernisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise enterprise Oracle database environments
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure database stability
- Implement database migrations, upgrades and patches
- Develop high-availability, backup and recovery solutions
- Automate database administration and monitoring processes
- Collaborate with technical teams on database architecture and improvements
Your Profile
- Strong professional experience with Oracle Database administration
- Expertise in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of clustering, replication and high-availability solutions
- Experience with database migrations and automation/scripting
- PostgreSQL and cloud database experience advantageous
- Fluent German and good English essential
