The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner to support a hyperscale data centre development in Frankfurt.
The project involves the delivery of a new data centre facility, including civil and structural construction, MEP infrastructure and commissioning.
The successful candidate will manage the integrated construction programme, coordinating activities between the main contractor, specialist MEP subcontractors and the wider project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update and manage Level 3 / Level 4 integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate CSA activities including foundations, structural steel, roofing, building envelope and internal fit‑out.
- Integrate mechanical and electrical installation schedules, including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators and cooling infrastructure.
- Monitor contractor progress and assess schedule performance against the baseline programme.
- Manage construction interfaces between CSA, MEP and commissioning teams.
- Prepare weekly progress updates, four‑lookahead schedules and critical path reports.
- Identify delays, analyse schedule impacts and support recovery planning.
- Track key milestones including building watertight, plantroom readiness, energisation, mechanical completion and commissioning handover.
- Attend contractor planning meetings and challenge subcontractor programmes where necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in project planning / scheduling.
- Advanced Primavera P6 experience.
- Strong understanding of CSA and MEP construction sequencing.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced construction environment.
