SAP Consultant (HCM integration) - BW Area - Up to €110,000 (d / m / w)
Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain technical integration between SAP HCM, SAP ERP and connected SAP or third-party applications
- Design and implement interfaces, APIs, data exchanges and communication mechanisms across the system landscape
- Configure and maintain secure system connectivity, including service accounts, certificates and authentication processes
- Evaluate technical architecture options and enhance the SAP HCM environment to meet evolving integration requirements
- Investigate cross-system incidents, identify root causes and implement improvements to system reliability, availability and operational stability
- Support HCM implementations, migrations, upgrades and integration changes in collaboration with internal IT teams and external service providers
Desired Skills and Experience
- Completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
- 5+ years system integration within the SAP HCM environment
- Experience in APIs, integration architectures, and SAP data flows
- Hands on experience in system connectivity, as well as authentication
- Fluency in German & English is mandatory
- Candidates must be clear of any government, defense, or security-related employment restrictions
