Your Tasks:
- Provide first and second-level customer support.
- Conduct product installation and training at customer sites.
- Perform error analysis in collaboration with system developers.
- Create and update documentation and manuals.
- Develop test specifications based on software requirement documents.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in computer science or a related field.
- At least two years of practical experience in IT system support and customer service, preferably including system integration , system testing , or software development .
- Strong communication skills for working with customers and system developers.
- Programming knowledge in JAVA , C++ , or C# ; experience with databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL is advantageous.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux ).
- Desirable but not essential: experience with networks , virtualization , scripting , and monitoring .
- Fluency in German and English .
