Chief Financial Officer

We are assisting a renowned Private Equity fund in the search for a Chief Financial Officer for one of its portfolio companies in the technology sector. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and consolidation of financial operations across multiple entities.
• Ensure the delivery of precise and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Manage all legal affairs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure, driving technological advancements and innovation.
• Partner closely with the CEO and investors to drive value creation.
• Ensure readiness for refinancing, due diligence, and exit processes.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a CFO in PE-backed companies
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in German and English
